Checking Your Order Status

If you have recently made an order with, we allow you to check the status of your order through your customer account on our site. Registering a customer account with us is free, and allows you to store your address(s) so that subsequent orders with are more convenient (you won't have to re-enter all of your delivery information each time). As a member of our website, you will also be entitled to receive special discounts and offer codes that only registered members receive. Click here to register an account. Ordering Methods

Credit Card
If you would like to order directly from our website using your credit/debit card, we currently accept VISA and MASTERCARD only. Using the "Add To Cart" buttons found on the product pages, simply add the desired items to your "Shopping Cart". When you are ready to purchase your products, click the "Checkout" or "View Cart" buttons located on the top of page. Review your order listed in your shopping cart and click the button labelled "CHECKOUT" on the shopping cart page. Select the option labelled "Credit / Debit Card" and click the "Continue to Next Step" button. Follow the instructions from there, providing accurate credit card and address information. For your protection, PLEASE ensure that the name on the credit card matches the name on the billing address. The delivery address may be different if desired. Be careful to enter the exact information requested as shown on your credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: Fraudulent credit card orders will not be tolerated and violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Mail Order
If you would like to order from offline, you may mail in your order confirmation receipt along with your CASH. Please note we ONLY accept CASH, no money orders or cash are accepted.

To order through the mail, simply use the same procedure as stated for using credit/debit cards. Follow the checkout process and select the option labelled "MAIL ORDER" when instructed. When the order process is completed you will be shown a printable order confirmation / receipt page. PRINT this page and mail it to the address stated on the page itself. IMPORTANT: Shipping rates may vary depending on weight and size of the package. To choose the shipping option you prefer, simply select the desired option when you are asked upon checking out.

Product Delivery Policy

Your order will shipped 1-3 days of receiving cleared payment. This means that Credit/Debit cards orders are shipped out faster because payment is received immediately. Credit card orders that are being delivered to an address other than the credit card billing address will be held for 3 days to ensure that the order is not fraudulent (this is for your protection). Orders are shipped in regular packages containing the courier labels. All orders are shipped domestically from their corresponding shipping warehouses in the U.S.A. No indication of the contents or the value of the contents are shown on the package. We do this to discourage any theft of your items before it reaches you.

Mail orders containing cash will be shipped same the day of receipt.

Chargeback Policy

The charge that will appear on your credit card statement will be �RESEARCH SCIENCE� If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $150.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase.

Bud Research does not tolerate credit card fraud, and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues.

Bud Research considers credit card charge backs to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to work with us to resolve any problems with your purchase. All frivolous chargebacks not only cost our employees time away from our usual and customary matters of conducting normal business, but cost us money, therefore: You agree that if you, the buyer, choose to do business with Bud Research and you file a charge back with your credit card company, and you do not win the charge back argument, you agree to pay us $150.00 for our time responding to the matter. You, the buyer authorize us to charge this amount to your credit card. If this charge is rejected, Bud Research will pursue legal action to recoup losses for our time associated with responding to the charge back in addition to any other fees explained above. You agree to reimburse us or any representative we may appoint for any legal expenses your actions may make us incur. We take fraud seriously. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The waiver of a breach hereunder does not waive any other or subsequent breach.

In the event that you win the charge back with your credit card company, and have not returned our goods, Bud Research will attempt to recover fraudulently disputed charges plus additional costs via a third-party collection agency and your account will be reported to all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. This may severely damage your credit rating for at least the next seven (7) years. At this point, we will no longer accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for the debt and will only accept payment in full.

IMPORTANT: The customer must attempt to return any and all merchandise to Bud Research before attempting a chargeback. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Stolen Credit Card Purchases

Any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Product Return Policy

If you need to return a Defective or Non-Defective Product please follow the procedures below to assure fast and speedy handling.

You will need to get approval from our customer support department. Our staff will explain everything you will need to do to in order to seek replacements or return the merchandise. Click Here to visit our customer support department.

Depending on the circumstance, there is a 20% restocking fee on Non-Defective (Fully Functional, Non-Contaminated) products. This determination will be made by When returning viable, Non-Defective merchandise, please include a brief letter as to why you are returning the product within the package as well.

Once we receive your returned package you will be issued a replacement or exchange that same business day. Also depending on the circumstance you may receive reimbursement on your shipping cost. Products are carefully examined to determine if the product has been neglected or if it simply a defective product. If we feel that the product has been damaged in any way due to neglect, a refund and shipping cost will not be remunerated.

If you have received a defective product we will replace the product free of charge and also reimburse your shipping cost. Again, your new product will be shipped the same business day we receive your defective product (or proof that the product is defective).

IMPORTANT: It is extremely critical that we receive information regarding our defective products for research purposes and quality control reasons. We keep track of defective products and if we receive too many complaints or returns on a certain product, we will need to make the necessary product changes to ensure the particular product's future viability.
